Ripjit Brar have been working in public accounting practice for over 14 years and had the privilege of serving small to medium size clients in various business industries in Canada and overseas. His clients ranged from small boutique businesses to large private companies. These clients come from a range of different sectors that include but are not limited to Private Equity, Family Office, Financial Services, Legal, Consulting, Human Resources, Real Estate, Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail, Manufacturing, and Information Technology. He often has this picture in his mind: His client and he are on the same boat, sailing through some uncharted water. When there is a storm, his client and he work as a team of super-efficient crew to ensure their safety; when they are being attacked by pirates, his client and he fights back-to-back, watching out for each other; when the waves are peaceful and all is nice, his client and he would pour some wine, sit on the deck and discuss where they go next and what they would do if they have another storm or pirate attack.
